Nylon-covered foam pad reduces pressure on the bass ringer’s thumb and index finger knuckles
Tensioned flaps allow installation over the wide portion of the bell handle, yet grip the handle at the narrow base
Rubberized coating on the handguard side helps prevent slippage/rotation during use
Position the cushion at the top of the handle with the label down towards the handguard and oriented so that the tag is on the side of the handle that has the bell marking.
Then slide it down flush with the handguard.
